Hello Hello :D, Surprised that i am blogging, almost forgot that i had a blog. Anyway, this week has been just perfect. On Monday, cant remember much, was in the school gym with Aliff and Ariff, they were first to find out :O, they suspected it so fast? Simply shocking. On Tuesday, got something :), that day was the first day, 112 in that day :D. Wednesday, stayed back from A maths, Partial fractions is very easy, I hate chapter 2 of A maths, just hate it, the teacher cant teach right, even thought he was a Phd in maths, that doesnt mean he has a Phd in teaching? Hehe. Marzuqi told me this. Also i dont like the teacher now, She also doesnt :).Also Also, that day, 84. Thursday, was ok, No pe :(, also i was sick, my temperature was 40 during Chem and English, then in the afternoon, she was concerned about my temp :), 86 that day :), Oh oh, should stop blogging about it, Today was not nice for me,i only managed to say Hi in the morning. Also today Sharifah's birthday was EPIC, I remember last year 2B, cant still remember it was after history lessson and me,Imran,Shahril,Kashvin ran all the way to the canteen to get the cake, good memories :). Thats all i got, I really need to buck up in Ss/Geog.

Hello guys, heres a update, on a weekday ^.^. This week till now has been shit, Monday was shit, came back at 7, because of cca, in cca, the the twin dogs were being lame as usual, trying so hard to beat me, whenever they will get owned so badly, they would say i am showing off, sigh, such puppies, btw you should read puppy no.1's blog, EPIC FAIL sia, Also on Monday, i remember, Puppy No.1 put a Milo under my desk, a lame attempy to him look cool, then i went to his class, accidentally dropped the Milo on Si Hui's book, then apologised to her and started slapping the puppy for fun. But the BEST part of the day was in the hall, Me and Marzuqi almost got called up to sing a song with the aunty, then we both laughed so hard until i almost cried. On Tuesday, was good, especially Geography, talked about Pokemon with Imran and Farhan, i paid no attention at all to the teacher :(, so i had to study at home, next time, i must concentrate on Geog lessons. On Wednesday, as in yesterday, was quite usual, heavy bag, sweating in class because where i sit no fan at all, how to concentrate? I am born during winter. Wonder if that has got anything to do with sweating during class ?. Also the other usual stuff was slapping,kicking, punching the puppies and went back home at 7pm sadly. Today was quite ok i guess, 2.4km run, not happy. Also had my oral today!, Lol i was quite nervous before it started, but when it started, i spoke random stuff,teacher said it was well done but because of my voice, which is very low, i tend to sound very bored/monotonous, aya stupid sia, later my 0 level oral like this then die, but i must live with it and if the examiner dont like the voice, castrate them. Hello dicks, i am blogging, once again. This week has been ok so far. But wait, i must tell one thing first, Starhub is showing all the freaking channels till Monday! :D :D, so this morning,Sunday, i watched NBA All-Star game, it included the skills challenge, slam dunk and 3 points challenge, was awesome. So, yeah, lets get back to this week, Monday was shit, came back at 7pm, Tuesday was good came back at 2pm,Wednesday, shittier,7.15pm, Thursday, 2.46pm, Friday, 1pm. The tests this week were noobs, Chem, in which i failed, Physics was ok, cant say it was easy, Bio was easy lol, SS no time to write so i think i will get 5/12 again. Today was awesome sorts of, went out with family and a few other families. Went to Pasir Ris, awesome sia, first i played basketball on my own, then after that lunch, after lunch played some game called Housie? I won $8.50, yeahhhh! Con***s!! :D. After that went cycling, paid $5 with my dads money:). Cycled for about 1 and half hours, once, some idiot was trying to show off his cycling and crashed into me, EPIC FAIL, i did not fall,lucky, he fell, so i was quite angry ( Sabrina and all would be shocked to see me angry,hehe.) Soooooooooooo, as i was angry, i pushed the guy and he hit the tree, another EPIC FAIL LOL!!. So after that, continued cycling. Once i had finished cycling, i played Basketball with some random malay dude, he was a team player for his Jc, the match was intense man, i won 7-6 but still, he was good, it was hard to get past him as he was taller than me just by like 3-4 cm, but lucky his dribbling was shitty, easy to steal the ball. After that, sat down and slacked with families, while watching my sister play with friends, at like 7pm,we left. Thats all i got,but wait! Heres the pics of today and the week!

Hi dicks, today was good, the only part good was when i went to the gym, met my friend, hes like 30 years old, he's also from Delhi, met him after quite a long time, it was boring talking to all Chinese people in the gym, talked to him in Hindi, exchanged some tips, it felt good, dont know why? He reminds of India, when i think of India, i think of homeland, then Aamir Khan, then inspiration, then i think of my cousins and grandparents, then i think of fun places there, then i think of Indore, i think of my grandparents in Indore, then i think about you know who. So somehow, randomly, meeting him sort of inspires me, i just used the com so i could write this lol. Thats all

Yo dicks, its a Friday! Time to use the com! This week has ok, my birthday, i ate at some random fancy restaurant with family, on Wednesday, did exercise on my very first exercise mat and ended up badly, my back was bleeding and bloodstains on the tshirt, i was doing crunches and i felt some pain in my back, so as usual, i decided to ignore it, then when i finished, Lol painful sia. Then now, i cant do crunches till its ok so i am using my backup exercise, today i planned out on how to achieve 100 push ups and hopefully it will work and btw TODAY WHILE I WAS PLAYING BASKETBALL I MANAGED TO TOUCH THE GOD DAMN RIM! WOOOOOOOOOOOTSS!@!@!@!@!.

Yo ppl, blogging after 6 days,this week has been quite ok, wasted much money on the ten year series books,Lol i cant believe my 2.4km timing dropped miserably, i was quite ok before i went to India, then when i came back all my stamina drop, so it will take some time to regain it to normal,i must try not to run with music, i must run as fast without music. With music, i can usually chiong the thing 1 min faster. Anw today will be the first i am starting a new cardio exercise, Cross training, builds heavy calfs and quads, Yay!. Anw today was ok, Physics was ok,learnt new things. Eng was ok, A maths was fun! Used a tiny laptop, it felt kind of outdated lol, i not used to windows xp anymore. Then after that was e maths, test, ok lah. Then geog, as usual Imran and all come my place and talk talk, after that did class deco, kind of boring, Me and Sabrina were the only non-chinese, so i felt left out, after class deco was over, went TM to go to Starbucks, havent gone since Primary 6 when my friend used to treat me there almost everyday. Didnt know where Starbucks was, so got Hafeez to lead me there, went in alone and bought some random choclate drink with whipped cream, it was quite hot,after that, met Farhan and Imran at interchange and took 28 with them, they got off at school while i got off at Tampines mart, then walked home from there, Thats all i got for now, I need go and shiiittttttttt, so i typed very fast,k bye.

Hello ppl। Its a Friday! Finally, I have time to use the computer!, its 3,15pm right now.Random. Anw,school has been kind of ok till now and i found out that i can pay attention in Biology the most and pay the least attention in SS. Also this week has been sad because i broke my earpiece,again! Not exactly broken, but it stopped working. How? Too much sweat on it while exercising! Damn! This is the 8th time my earpiece stopped working because of exercise, I need to buy the nike sweat-proof earpiece for my birthday so that it will work for a long time, without music, i cant do certain exercises like cycling or running, if i do it without music, i will be bored. Also just now, i saw the Tu Jaane Na video on youtube, makes me feel sad.Almost like gg to cry like that, but the good thing is that it inspires me!, so i can exercise the shit out of myself!, Why i am blogging about random stuff?. तू जाने ना :D. Hey ppl. I am blogging on a Monday Night! 10.23pm to be exact!. Today was thik day. Thik means ok in Hindi. Started off with a bloody boring assembly period in the hall, as usual, leg,butt cramp. After that all the lessons were ok. Exceppptttttttttt for the last period. Sharifah, the tormenter came in and immediately ordered us to read or do some shit. I did some of the E maths homework and soon got bored, the other classes seemed to be having fun, especially 3C, i could hear Shahril laughing loudly. After school, went to the canteen to eat with Aliff and Ariff cause i so sweaty,dehydrated and freaking hungry!. Did the cca flyer thingy, finally ended it and went home. Thats all. Heyho ppl! 5 days since i have blogged but it seems like a month, in 5 days, we go so much work, A maths took me two and a half hours to complete, if it takes that long, you imagine how long will it take in the more advance chapters? Dont want to think about it! I have to remember the new year resolution : Treat studies like exercise!. School is ok, some teachers are ok, easy to survive type, but teachers like Sharifah? Always seems to be angry, for eg. today morning i was just standing, she ordered me to sit in the front, the tone she said that in can tell you what type of person she is, the co-form teacher, the chinese one with red specs is ok. Btw, this is my 20th post. Anw, i still to buy my bio workbook and everytime i go to the bookshop the aunty says some shit which i cant understand and it then end, i cant buy the book, i dont know why? Also, i get 20 bucks per week and this week i saved 6 dollars!. If i carry on like this, i can finally buy the exercise mat and push-up bar to home use :). Or another alternative could be to take out some money from my savings and top up prepaid. Anw, i have almost completed all the weekend homework? The weekend homework is so little compared to the weekday homework. Tomorrrow i have Hindi class, i can finally see my hindi school friends after so long!. Btw, my hindi books are a lot compared to my non-hindi friends mother tongue books. Oh yeahhhh, during Mother Tongue period in school, i dont slack anymore, now i go to the library and read or study. Hello ppl, today was the first day of school, there is no single word to describe the expierence, first of all, see-ing everyone in pants looks odd, my form teacher sucks big time, she's too serious and gosh, we have 3 periods of chem with her tomorrow :( and sitting in the hall reallly sucks! I rather eat shit!, they go through the same thing over and over again. The subjects teachers are quite ok i guess? Bio, maths and the random dude who came before recess and physics also. Oh yeahh, that time i was going to the toilet with Antony, we both walked all the way into the girls toilet, almost about to pee then realise that this cant be the boys toilet, i have no idea how i or him did not see the girls toilet sign. Anwwwwww, after school had table tennis, played with the usuals, Ariff and Aliff, as usual, the training was boring and no P.T. After that came home and studied the first chapter of chemistry, its basically just a revision of the last year topic......and btw ppl, if you wearing braces, better wear blue color because Aarushi wears blue color! :D. Hello ppl!, Today is the last day of holidays, now, i feel like i dont want to go school, i want to go back to India!. I was supposed to spend the morning by going swimming with Vishy, it was planned like last night at 11?, he told me he would call me, so i waited and soon, forgot about it, then when i asked him online why he didnt call me, he said he was waiting for me to call him! Style!. Btw, i am typing in large font, Yay :D. Tomorrow will be a uhgghhhhhghgh day for me, Why? Long pants, New teachers, Chinese-populated class, No more Kashvin and Shahril in class for my entertainment. I lost my tie, i still havent collected my nametag and long pants are just weird. On the bright side, i got my cousin sister to get Aarushi's email(which my sister lost!) when she goes to Indore. This post shall end here.

Hey ppl, Happy New Year, 2009 has to be the best year of my lifeeee। I remember at the start of year when i was loner, had a fat stomach and was not a slacker. How much have i changed in 1 year? Both mentally:( and physically:). I remember at the start of the year how i used to dedicate songs to months, like for example, Jan 09's song was Guzarish from Ghajini, then Feb 09's song was Low by Flo Rida and yes, i still do that, My current song is Tu Jaane Na! :D.I have made resolutions for this year: 1) Treat studies like exercise,that way, i am bound to excel. 2) No slacking( I doubt that would happen) 3) No more long hours of Facebook 4) No more time wasting, for example, thinking whether i should play socccer or go the gym. 5) No negative thinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Thats all my resolutions i guess. Btw,i did not top up my prepaid since 13 Nov, so i couldnt reply to any sms-es. This is a short post compared to others right? Hi.yesterday i went to play soccer with the usuals, i touched the ball after likes 5 weeks, so i was off-form and technique, my finisihing was horrible and my shooting is back to being suckish. Also, it sucks being injured,i played while i had a hamstring problem, so now it hurts like shit. After playing,went to kfc with Marzuqi and ate the same thing,after tt went home. At home played Rs for like 3 hours, then after that,went down to play Basketball with Vishy and all. After playing, my hamstring,calf,left arm,neck are hurting,I am officially injured.Btw, i am using a laptop to type this! Windows 7! First time!! :). Anw soon, i might be going to school to buy the books and after that going for Avatar with Vishy.Thats all

Hi, I am back, after 5 weeks, its feels so weird uh, Its too clean,the air is too clear, no animals around, the tv seems too big, the com seems to big also, i am wearing shorts and the weather is too hot!. Anw, as you can see, i am not an active blogger anymore like i used to be in the old days :(, anw Singapore is quite good, first thing i did was go to Vishy's house, stayed there for like 4 hours, played xbox, then after that, went down to play soccer and bball with him and the usuals, we ended at around 9pm, then went home, ate dinner, went to Nikhil's house with Vishy at 10pm to play ps3, stayed there until 11.30pm then came back home,today, planning to do the usual.Thats all

Hello, i am extremely bored and counting the numbers of day till i leave for Singapore. Since i am bored,i am gonna blog about random moments in India:
1) Monkey jumped on me and took away my specs,happened so fast i didnt even realise it,then had to pay some random dude 20 rupees to buy food to give the money so that can get my specs back
2) Taxi driver telling me about his life story when i was alone in the taxi
3) Having a competition to see who can drink 600ml ofThumups(Something like coke) the fastest,it was between my friends in Indore,3 ppl were in the competition, the guy who came first vommited on me and i came 2nd, and the girl who came third threw the bottle,which hit me,and btw Aarushi was watching us.
4) Being chased by cow
5) Not being able to complete my Chicken Maharaja Mac at McDonalds :(
6) Grandparents telling me random stuff about cricketers while watching the match,the stuff was so random that felt like breaking their nose.

Hey ppl, today i am going to India:( so sad, i dont want to go, i will be very bored there, i rather study for next year rather than go there.So today for me, feels like the last day of the year, cos everytime i go to India it would feel like this. Last year when i went, i was very happy cos Singapore was boring last year and i didnt exercise last year also, but this year, prob the best year of my life. Also today we got our classes, I am in 3B?:O :O, I thought i would be in 3C, also at the bottom of the class, anw in my class got Imran,Sabrina, Antony, Dao Wei and Zi Hao, the rest all mainly chinese. Hey ppl, today iiiiiiiiiissssssss borringgggg as usual. I went for table tennis today, went there like 2hours late?Pro sia. I didnt know there was table tennis today until the teacher called me, and tt time i was like sitting and eating breakfast,so from thennnnn i rushed everything, reached there about like 12pm? Played until 1pm, then went home and todayyyyyyyyyyyy my mom didnt cook lunch so i had to buy everything from the minimart, bought like a packet twisties, a vanilla bun, purple sportade drink,one chicken wing and a sausage. Hey ppl , ytd was bbq, veryyy funnnnn :D. First, i picked up Imran,Sabrina,Farizah,Hafeez and Sharani, then took them to the bbq, from there me and Imran went to pick up Hidayah,Syakirah,Diyanah,Adilah,Xinee and Yi Hui, after tt, me,Imran and Hafeez walk around, go gym and soon enough, Dao Wei,Natasha and Zi Hao came, we played soccer with them and in the middle, Shahril,Sabrina and Syakirah joined. It was fun playing despite the wet conditions, after playing soccer, they all left except for me,Dao Wei and Zi Hao, we went to play basketball and while the others did idk what.After playing basketball, me, Imran,Dao Wei and Shahril went swimming, it was fun pushing and standing on each other and showing off my body!:P. After tt, Sabrina ordered pizza, we all ate the pizza and after eating, we started on the bbq, soon Antony and Zhan Hong also came, i think Antony's grp cooked like everything that was made, then Farizah left at 7.30pm, then we started eating and drinking, me,Imran,Shahril and Dao Wei drank the drinks from the cap itself, uncivilized ppl!Haha. Shahril said i eat like a caveman :). While eating and all, Natasha poured cold water on Imran's back, then the water fight started, everyone putting water on each other, except for me, i was throwing coke on other ppl, i also got wet when Imran threw cold water on me and Natasha, think, put chocolate on my shoesssssssss.After tt, we play some game called Whacko i think? It was veryyyy funnnn and noisy, after playing, all of them had to leave, so we cleared up the place and collected money, i got like 20 bucks, already spent 5 of them.Oh yeah, i also got a Dog ballon by Diy's sister :), i shall end here,Thats all

Hi ppl, ytd no time to blog cos i was gone out the whole day. Anw ytd was good, watched Fantastic Four on tv, Jessica Alba looked freaking hottttttt in the movie, especially in the wedding dress!! :D. Also ytd, i found a new exercise in the gym. It works for calves, very useful and it will get you screaming to the top of ceiling cos it hurts so much afterwards, which is good. I also realised that a rest day is needed cos if you keep doing intensive exercise everyday, your body will get tired and if you push yourself, the exercise will ruin your body, so i decided that there will be 1 rest day in a week for me. Oh yeah, today is class bbq! Yayyyyyyyyy :D,I shall end here,Thats all

Hey ppl,today i played soccer with Imran,Marzuqi,Farhan,Aliff,Ariff,Fadzil,Shahril,Hayat and Isa. It was verrryyyy funnn. Reached the place at like 8.40am? I was the last to arrive.First we played, in the street soccer court, then we moved on the hockey court, it was huge, the good was thing was that i could run freely with ball unlike the street soccer court. After that, we moved back to the street soccer court and continued playing. Randomly, two Sec 4 guys played and joined us, we got owned by them,i didnt take any pictures but i think Farhan took many. The moments of playing soccer were when i was going to shoot, Ariff was the goalkeeper, i shot the ball and it hit the crossbar, hitting the crossbar had caused it to come back to me, almost chopping off my head, another moment was when I passed the ball to Shahril. After playing soccer, we all went to kfc, without Shahril,Ariff and Aliff, cos they had to go home. We sat at kfc for about 1 hour, talking and sending songs,soon the 2D ppl came in. At like 12.30pm, me and Marzuqi and Fadzil had to go home,leaving the rest alone. I think Imran,Farhan,Hayat and Isa went to the gym?LOL. You are not supposed to go there after you eat, worse still, after eating at kfc. I shall end here,Thats all

I AM EXTREMELY BORED, SO GOING TO POST RANDOM THINGS.

The legs are comprised of many muscles, but your weight training routine will focus mostly on the following four major muscles:

1. Quadriceps ("quads") located in front upper portion of the of the leg, from the hip joint down to the knee joint.

2. Gluteus ("glutes") located at the back of the pelvis and top of the femur (upper leg bone).

3. Hamstrings ("hams") located at the upper rear portion of the leg, from the hip joint down to the knee.
